Chiru's Party Office goes hi-tech

The newly inaugurated Party office of actor Chiranjeevi turned into a structure of fascination thanks to its optimal utilization of fast spreading construction technology. Located at Rd. No. 46 of the Jubilee Hills, the hi-tech office with a single floor is housed at a sprawling 1300 Sq. Yards area with 6500 SFT carpet zone. It is built in record 45 days time using prefabricated bricks. Unlike the regular party offices, this Chiru's special consists of plush conference hall, cabins for core committee members, plasma TVs mounted on the walls, secret surveillance system and other modern paraphernalia. The press conference hall has a seating capacity for 80, apart from wielding special arrangements for the electronic media. Almost all rooms are air-conditioned, each one has the portraits and quotes of Gandhi, Mother Theresa, Abdul Kalam and such category leaders and social workers. An imposing picture of Chiranjeevi with folded hands is being placed at the entrance. Highlight is that Chiru could monitor things from the entrance to his doorstep sitting in his hi-fi closet. Undoubtedly, Chiru's party office aroused a volcanic curiosity among all sections of the political parties and also a good number of construction companies in the city.
